1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Kramizo (kramizo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. The service

Kramizo provides an exam-board-aligned revision platform with instant feedback, examiner-style mark schemes, progress tracking, long-form revision guides, and performance analytics for students preparing for GCSE, IGCSE, CSEC, and similar qualifications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

3. Your account

  • →You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • →You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • →You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
  • →You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • →We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free plan

The Free plan gives you access to Kramizo with a limit of 45 questions per day. All subjects and boards are accessible on the Free plan. The Free plan is available indefinitely and does not require a payment method.

5. Paid subscriptions

Billing

  • →Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date you subscribe.
  • →Yearly subscriptions are billed once per year from the date you subscribe.
  • →All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
  • →Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation

  • →You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Manage / Cancel).
  • →Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • →We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

If you are charged in error (for example, due to a technical fault on our end), contact us within 14 days at support@kramizo.com and we will issue a full refund. Outside of billing errors, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • →Use the service to cheat in assessments in ways prohibited by your school or examination board
  • →Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our question content in bulk
  • →Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our AI models or database content
  • →Use automated tools to circumvent daily question limits
  • →Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • →Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems

7. Intellectual property

All question content, explanations, platform design, and branding are owned by or licensed to Kramizo. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial revision purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.

Quiz questions are generated by AI and reviewed for quality, but they do not constitute official examination materials. Always cross-reference with official syllabi and past papers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Kramizo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • →That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • →That practice questions are 100% accurate or free from errors
  • →Any specific grade improvement or examination outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Kramizo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or examination results.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will always try to resolve disputes informally first. Please contact support@kramizo.com before initiating any formal proceedings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (if you have an account) at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
